Our dedicated and friendly staff never fail to take great care of all the passengers, crew members and aircraft that land at Brighton City Airport. Our handling services offer you the extra level of assistance that you may require.
On the ground assistance
These services, which are available on request and must be arranged within 24 hours notice, can give you access to aircraft marshalling, flight planning, passenger refreshments, and other added services once you’re on the ground. If you have any questions about what we might be able to offer you, then be sure to get in touch.
We can greet you at your aircraft to help you with your luggage and can also arrange for you to be taken to your next mode of transport. We’re more than happy to provide you with taxis or hire cars, or arrange for you to be driven to the train station, depending on what it is you require. If you are in need of somewhere to stay once you arrive on the south coast then we can take care of that too.
Passenger, Crew and Executive Travel Facilities
On top of all of this assistance, customers who make the most of our handling services are also offered full access to our Executive Lounge, complete with mini bar, WiFi, and access to computer and printing facilities.
Passengers are also welcome to park at the airport free of charge and we can also arrange car parking for crew members. All you need to do is leave your vehicle registration numbers with our Airport Handling Support team after you park, and we will provide you with a permit.
