The airport have redecorated the business space above the popular Hummingbird café and are ready to give tours and take deposits to secure the business space. There are 3 units available for hire for which the prices start from £175 per week. All are available on a license agreement with as little as one months’ notice period.
The space will be available with a fair service charge – proportionate to the size of the business space you take on. The units are subject to an initial 3 month notice period, after which only 1 months’ notice is required to terminate the agreement.
The 3 units are available in the same area so if one is not sufficient – you’ve 2 others to choose from.
The Hummingbird is based on the ground floor of the main building and provides the perfect space for business meetings and networking events. The business centre is a logical solution for those that are looking to expand their premises or move a start-up business from the home to a more professional environment.
The airport has superb transport connections with access to the A259, the A27, bus and trains.
